Organisation Science
The narrower professional field to which she has devoted her entire master's and doctoral studies is the development of creativity and innovation in large organisations. She received her PhD in 2012 with the doctoral dissertation titled Development of Creativity and Innovation in Large Companies with an Emphasis on Slovenian Companies. In her doctoral research, she conducted a complex empirical research on the development of creativity and innovation on a sample of 200 large Slovenian companies.
Through years of research, she has gained a major insight into the organisational approaches with which large and successful companies develop creativity and innovation.
