MANAGEMENT

At Innoviser, we have developed our OWN MANAGEMENT STRATEGY FOR INNOVATIVE ORGANISATIONS with state-of-the-art global knowledge, knowledge of best management practices and psychological management theories. We adapt this management strategy to the individual organisation, in which we include the entire management structure. Namely, managers at all organisation levels inevitably co-create an organizational culture for the development of creativity and innovation, and in addition to that, they significantly create an internal environment that constantly responds to the factors of an uncertain external environment. Therefore, it is important that the entire management structure develops in the direction of creative management of an innovative organisation.

The study included 1,541 general managers from 60 countries and 33 industries from around the world.

Constant changes, global operation and the constant need for flexibility of the organisation bring new management challenges. Creative management comes to the foreground, which requires detachment from established thinking and, unlike traditional management practice, contributes greatly to the creativity and success of the organisation.
